Dear Artist,

We are working with Neshaminy Manor’s visiting artist program - Arts for the Manor. The Manor is a Bucks County long-term care facility that cares for 360 elderly and disabled individuals.

“Arts for the Manor” is a program designed to bring artists into the facility to provide weekly classes for residents. Each 2-hour class will be attended by 10-20 residents. Artists will be hired for a block of up to 4 classes to be held for 4 consecutive weeks. Classes are held Tuesday from 10am-12noon.

All artists will be compensated at the rate of $100 per class plus materials. A materials list is requested because the Manor has some materials in stock.

Artists are asked to fill out the attached form and submit it to Arts for the Manor *along with images (photos, slides, color copies and j-pegs are all acceptable) of their work and/or work they have created with students in other programs and a current resume. Proposals are reviewed once a year. We are currently scheduling for January 2008 through December 2008.
