Slow Food Bucks County

Slow Food Bucks County and Dish Catering of Frenchtown, NJ, are hosting a benefit for the Neshaminy Manor long term care facility therapy vegetable garden being built this summer. The dinner will be held at the Tinicum Barn in Erwinna on River Road June 25 at 8 PM.

Local food producers like Brenda Slack’s Milk House Farms, Blue Moon Acres, Duck Life Tea and Bobolink Creamery will provide wonderful additions to the meal. Plus there will be local beer and wine reception, but bring a bottle for dinner.

The Foundation's Purpose is:

  • to create a stronger link between Neshaminy Manor, its residents and the larger community of Bucks County
  • to enrich the facility through presentation of arts exhibitions and creation of other beautification projects such as gardens
  • to enrich the lives of the residents through education and presentation of arts and cultural activities
