Mardi Gras Fundraiser Thank You

This fundraiser was held to benefit the Gardens at the Manor, at the VE German Club, Davisville Road, Warminster, PA on Sunday 2/22/09. The wine, beer, and fabulous New Orleans cuisine served up by the VE club staff was included and drew raves from everyone. With a cash bar as well, there was plenty of libation to choose from. With the dinner, drinks, and the live band, an excellent time was had by all!

Special thanks to Zydeco-A-Go-Go for donating their time and talent to provide us with great music and fabulous entertainment! There was a washboard contest, and the crowning of the Mardi Gras King - Jack McDermott.

Our goal of $5,000 in proceeds for the Foundation was handily met due to the generosity of all in attendance. Thank you so much - the residents at the Manor will benefit greatly.

Everyone is asking to have this as an annual event! Watch this site for news!

to create a stronger link between Neshaminy Manor, its residents and the larger community of Bucks County
to enrich the facility through presentation of arts exhibitions and creation of other beautification projects such as gardens
